Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Molly AVI Recordings LLC (“ReelSpicy”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of our website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your password confidential, use a strong and unique password, and notify us promptly at contact@reelspicy.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
Harass, threaten, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
Generate or attempt to generate content that sexually exploits minors, incites violence, or otherwise violates applicable law.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or disrupt the Service or its underlying models.
Use automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these rules. We are not obligated to pre-screen content, but we may review and moderate at our discretion.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate character responses and other content. AI output is fictional, may be inaccurate, and should not be relied on as factual, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Characters are not real people, and conversations do not reflect the views of ReelSpicy or any third party. You are responsible for how you use any output.

5. Virtual Coins

The Service may offer virtual coins or credits that unlock features within the Service. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any other tangible good outside the Service. Unless required by law, coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms. We may change coin pricing, availability, or mechanics at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain whatever rights you already have in the messages you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties, including Google (sign-in), Mailgun (email), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and AI model providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REELSPICY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReelSpicy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
